What it covers

The evaluation it ships with

The lines Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (질병관리청), with the Korean Pediatric Society draws. The calculators will not run your numbers through them, and will not put a label on a child.

Before you use it

  • KNGC2017 uses WHO standards from birth to 35 months and Korean data from 3 years. What can be read from it is height and weight for 3–7 years. Its head-circumference series breaks between 72 and 73 months and its BMI series does not agree with its own height and weight, so neither is usable.
  • At 3 years, height and weight switch from WHO to Korean data, and the z-score steps up slightly because the Korean median is a little higher. That is the seam between two tables, not a change in growth.

Provenance

Figures come from each standard’s own published files, version 2026-08-25. Published values are never altered; worked-out figures are marked as such.
