Once the data is in, the day gets lighter.
The full record has its own place, and the daily screen keeps only what is current. Opening the app should not mean reading a long report.
The goal is the parent’s to set.
Some measures can carry a goal you set yourself. New records update the facts; the app never recommends a goal and never turns a reference value into one.

These are design requirements for the app, not a security certification of a deployed service. The example and anything typed on this page are handled in the browser: not uploaded, not kept.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Before you start, you may want to know.
I already have old records — do I have to measure again?
No. Start by sorting what you already have: check the dates, the values and the sources, then work out which of them can honestly sit together. With no old records, one new measurement is a fine place to begin.
Do I have to record something every day?
No. TendCare is organised around measurements, tests and reports that already exist. Add a new one when there is one; when there is nothing new, nothing is generated to fill the screen.
Can all of a sibling’s data be compared?
Not always. Family comparison opens only where it is appropriate, and it aligns by age or stage. It gives context; it does not say who is doing better, and another child’s data never becomes a goal.
After a report goes in, does it judge the child’s health?
No. Extraction produces candidate fields; only what you confirm becomes a record. Comparison and statistics are not a diagnosis either. The demo on this page has no upload — it uses built-in fictional data.
Who sets the goal?
Only a parent can create, change, pause or end one. TendCare updates the facts from later records; it never suggests a target value and never declares success or failure.
Can I download the app here?
Not yet. The app is not out, and there is no download link on this page. Store listings, which data types are available, pricing and regional support all come with the release.
